Every organization needs a North Star, and many already have one: the values and purpose that guide every decision. Over time, it can quietly get lost in the day-to-day. Teams grow, new leaders come in and priorities shift. Decisions start getting made out of urgency or habit instead of intention, and the values that once guided everything become words on a wall instead of the way people actually work. My work starts by helping you bring this North Star back into focus, or define it if it was never clear, so your leaders and your culture can be guided by it again. With every choice, we come back to one question:

I’m Nadine. I work with leaders and teams who all have one thing in common: they have a desire to get clear on what truly guides them and build leadership and culture that stay aligned with it. My Master’s degree in clinical psychology and Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program (in progress) have helped me develop a keen sense of what drives people: the beliefs, habits and blind spots that hold leaders and teams back, and the questions that help them move forward. My goal is simple: to help you lead with clarity and grow with purpose.
